Who has played rugby?

What teams did you play for? What position? Is there anyone just interested in getting into rugby?

I have a friend who played rugby while at the university. He was a flanker, which meant tackling and support play. I still watch and follow most international matches.

Not on a real team, but I tried a few with friends. Pretty intimidating physically and then all of a sudden you're having a blast. I would definitely like to join a local club just to learn more.

It's never likely to see Americans play Rugby and I never played. Nonetheless, though, I'd love to try it, even if only a video game

I live in the US so I've never played. I don't even think I've ever watched a game of rugby before either.

I have played rugby in the past with friends in school and when hanging out with friends, but I have never been part of a rugby team that played professionally in any way.
