I have found out that whenever I am in an environment that is disorderly, I find it difficult to focus. On the other hand, gentle music or friendly lighting calms my nerves and energise me.

Sometimes loud noises can trigger my anxiety and I need to get out of that environment. It was tough working in a loud factory for five years, not just for that though. But that didn't help.
