Budget-Friendly Meal Plans for Plus-Size Nutrition: Recipes and Shopping Hacks

Post by Derrick »

As a broke girl 🥲 I'm always on a lookout for to eating healthy on a budget. Sometimes, I eat frozen veggies and canned beans. I also make a $50 weekly meal plan with Trader Joe’s chicken.

This meal prep helps save some $$$! Does anyone know any healthy and cheap meal plans to adopt? Let’s share ideas.

For me, my budget friendly meal idea includes going for affordable proteins like chicken and canned beans. I also buy in bulk to minimize expenses as well.

It is quite challenging to eat healthy on a budget but that doesn't mean it is not doable. Buying in bulk, planning mails around proteins that are quite affordable can be a way out.

You can go to Dollar Tree and find some very cheap cans of vegetables. They also have frozen blends you can get as well. I watch Dollar Tree Dinners on youtube to get ideas for meals. She's made a few healthy meals.
