2. Confidence: Your self confidence matter more. So, you need to wear clothes that you love, not what magazines or the society say.
3. Body Function: listen to your body and make sure to focus on your strength and flexibility. They matter more than your size.

1. Listen to Your Body: You just got to listen to your body all the time. This means, eating when you are hungry and make sure to stop when you're full. Don't give room to extreme diets.
