The three C's of self-esteem are clarity, competence and connection. They all form the foundation of healthy self-esteem. First of all, clarity brings awareness of values and purpose and we can build competence by achieving our set goals, learning new skills and also recognizing our strength. Connection helps boost our self-esteem through supportive relationships. These elements when put together, bring inner stability and boost our self worth.
