I don't think that there is an ideal body image for a woman because I believe that those so-called body image ideas are often shaped by cultural narratives. I have seen people that still believe in such a concept, if you are one of them, what is your ideal body image for a woman?

Whatever shape and whatever size a woman is, she’s absolutely beautiful if she carries herself with confidence.. There is no such thing as ideal body image.
