How Can I Manage Obesity in a Healthy Way?

I have actually started my health journey but I'm overwhelmed to be honest. Do I need to focus on small diet swaps like soda first? Or do some workouts on dance videos I find online? How do you stay motivated without crash diets?

You can start small which is known as a great approach. It is always better to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes than doing a crash diet. Incorporate the exercise that you enjoy doing like dancing or probably.make a gradual changes to your diet.

It's absolutely important to move around. You just got to keep moving. It could be in a fun way like dancing and being consistent about it is key to achieving the desired result

Start off small, switch to diet or zero sugar sodas or even substitute them with sparkling water. Another great alternative is getting zero calorie drink mixes. Exercise, the easiest thing would be to walk unless you have mobility issues. If so, look up exercises you can do while sitting down until you're able to move again.
