Being Short in Basketball

How much a problem is it? Can it be overcome? Do you feel different leagues should be made for short people, or is that offensive?

It can be an issue, as it would take more effort to overcome the taller people and more energy to make your shots.

I'm short and it would be cool to have a league for short guys like me lol. I get why we're not picked, it's much easier for taller people to dunk. I'm not offended by it, I know I'm short and nothing I can do will change that.
