What is the most powerful word of affirmation?

Post by Louise »

The powerful words of affirmations that I know are simple statements like “I'm enough”, “I am worthy” or “I belong”. These little short words could help to counter years of doubt and deal with inner criticism. If they are spoken consistently, it is sure that they would reprogram our thought patterns and shift our focus from fear to confidence. When words of affirmations are repeated daily, it becomes a form of self training and it goes a long way to boost confidence.

Some words of affirmations like “I am worthy” actually works and builds confidence with time. To me, it's the most powerful word of affirmation.

In my opinion, we just have to be consistent with those words and the more we say it, the more they become part of our belief system and we begin to act in that direction.

I suppose that after saying those words frequently, it will bring positivity. Saying “I am strong’ or I am deserving” on a regular basis will produce profound positive changes in our lives.
