How do you gain self-acceptance?
To gain self-acceptance it is something that grows through our daily choices. It could be done by replacing criticism with compassion. We also need to release guilt and let go of perfectionism. To gain self acceptance, you need to forgive the past and reframe failures as part of the things needed to grow.

Learn to love yourself by all means. Don't criticise and make sure to do nice things to yourself by using words of affirmations on yourself at all times.

You gain self acceptance by expressing gratitude in little things and by forgiving your mistakes. You should also learn to question negative ideas and be kind to yourself on a daily basis.

Avoid judgemental people. Generally speaking, the criticism is a type of projection. Most of what they're telling you is what they're guilty of in one way or the other.
