Have You Faced Professional Challenges or Workplace Discrimination Due to Size?
Yes, I have face discrimination multiple times and I know how hard it can be. Being discriminated against in your workplace because of your size is a tough situation to navigate. It’s usually in the form of comments, missed promotions, or unequal treatment. In that case, it's crucial to write down what happened, and be aware of your rights. Consult the HR where possible to let them know what you're going through. You should have a workplace that values you based on your competence and not on your physical appearance.

It’s quite painful to see people discriminate against other people's body size. A lot of plus size women have been ridiculed or ignored for promotions at their workplaces. My advise is that the persons struggling with this should learn what the law offers on that ground in order to protect them..

I have encountered discrimination at my work place. People thought that some of the services and jobs were beyond my reach due to my short height. So, my take here is to report to HR and also concentrate on demonstrating your capabilities to counter the injustice.
