Who has played ice hockey?

When did you start? What teams did you play for? What position? Is there anyone who hasn't played ice hockey before or even ice skated?

I have never played ice hockey but have always wanted to learn it. I guess I skate fairly well, but when I introduce broomsticks and pucks into the equation, it seems really tricky.

I played ice hockey casually. This is because I love skating and watching the NHL on TV. Usually, I played defense, which is what I liked.

I never played because it wasn't available in my area. Well, I live in the southeast US. It isn't hockey country.

I've never played ice hockey, I don't even know how to ice skate myself so I wouldn't be able to ever play. I've always had a bit of a phobia that I was going to fall on the ice and the skate was going to cut me so I never learned but I also never really had the opportunity to learn lol.

I started young, played multiple teams, forward position, yes some never skated.
